Happy New Year!

So it's been about a month since I was posting anything here . . . hopefully that's not going to be regular schedule but who knows, and even if it were, hey you get what you pay for right?

First things first; did you have a good Giftmas? Did you get some sweet new toys? Any from RetroCrush's Toy Hall of Fame? You know I still have a few barrels of monkeys kicking around here and fondly remember being able to shoot pennies out of my disc shooting gun . . . ah the memories. All I know is I wish I would have known about this shirt before the hollydaze . . . but hey there's always next year, right?

But hey let's get over that and and get down to bidnizz bitches; as we all are or should be aware 2007 recently ended and that means that everyone is putting together their end of year lists and man do I love lists; well here's a website that has compiled links to many many many different end of year lists, to make it so much easier for you. You should thank them. Shit they've even put links to previous years end of year compilation pages at the bottom of that page . . . what more could you ask for?

Well maybe a link to the Dickheads of the Year as compiled by Bill Maher. Luckily I didn't make the list, did you?

And jut in case you missed it, here is the 2007 edition of 50 Things We Know Now (That We Didn't Know This Time Last Year). You can lie and say that you knew all them already, but that would make you some kind of douche and just in case you're wondering just how douchey you are check out the Douchemaster 2000. Apparently I'm a hardcore douche, how do you rank?

With the new year comes all sorts of high hopes dreams and plans . . . and of course new movies. There are some on the list that I think are must sees, like Iron Man, Hellboy 2, The Dark Knight (just kidding here's the real teaser trailer and how about these promo pics?), Get Smart, Incredible Hulk (hopefully this will more than make up for the Ang Lee pile of wank released in 2003), Prince Caspian, the new Bond flick (Daniel Craig and Casino Royale redeemed the series in my mind) and yes even the newest Harry Potter movie Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I'm sure there'll be a whack of stinkers and movies that I won't see and even more than a few that I shouldn't have seen . . . but that list doesn't look too bad does it?

For those of you who think I'm mean to Kitty, check out this video of some cat rocking it in zero G. I guess this is the NASA equivalent of putting tape on the cat's feet?

Oh and before I forget (okay bad joke, you'll get it in a minute), I'd like to sign off with a some bad news for fans of the Discworld, according to this article from the BBC author Terry Pratchett has Alzheimer's disease. I don't know about you but I'll miss these stories when he stops writing them, they're brilliant . . . and I have to thank Warren in Stevenage for turning me on to them.
